Skaeon

- Skaeon is a large, black mass of writhing smoke with a demon-like entity within.
- Adventurers first encountered this creature in Anglan when searching for Berticus. The fiend attempted to consume adventurers within its smoke, namely Harbinger which Skaeon seemed to target for some reason.
- Adventurers saw Skaeon again when the Bishop of Fate was opening a portal in the North Woods at the site of the, now ruined, Tower of Silma. For reasons still unknown, Skaeon was working with Fate. Harbinger believed that the creature was being made in an Avatar of Fate, finally convincing the paladin that Fate was not the pure deity she believed him to be.
