Briudor

Briudor is an ancient city, long dilapidated to the north of Myste-Hass. The city is nestled, north of the Great Lake, between the mountain pass. A ring of stone columns surround the outside of the city, each containing some form of Genai Stone which once performed some magical purpose of an abjuration nature.

Bruidor was named after the the explorer who set out from Anglan to the new land.

Though it is now in ruins, the construction of Bruidor far exceeds any quality of anything now existing. There is a similarity between Bruidor and The Halls at the centre of Myste-Hass.

Now, the city has been host to a number of goliath encampments and agents of Morthel. Within the city is thought to be artefacts of great power which Morthel and Ravaran are trying to acquire.

It is known that a version of Bruidor exists in the fey wild as well.

Maps that Rasvyn possess, precured in the basement level of Bruidor, show the western area of the map was damaged and then rebuilt with a different design.

Bruidor Landmarks

The Bell Tower, which was badly rotted when the party first visited, has now been repaired and sways in the breeze.

The Windmill, which is badly damaged but still turning in the wind.

On the outskirts of Briudor there is a 60ft crater, with damaged buildings around it. It looks as if the ground exploded out. There are tents nearby. Inside, there are walls and the outlines of buildings and corridors. Beyond this space is a large cavern with manacles and chains which could hold a dragon. It is hot in this room. The ceiling is very unstable. There was equipment here and magical spears mounted on the walls. There is a table with items laid out, a couple of spaces are empty where items would have been. At the end is an arch, or portal like opening with a swirling mist emanating from it. The arches have hand-shaped pads for activation and a square shape etched into the stone. The magic seems to be some sort of conjuration in nature. The power ebbs and flows. The square shape can be removed to reveal a red Genai Stone with copper wire. It is flashing with pulses of energy.

The is a large Cathedral on the western side of the city.
