You can Mend and make special weapons given the appropriate equipment.
Repairs
- This skill allows you to repair Cripple weapons, it takes you 10 minutes of uninterrupted dedication. You should carry some in-character tools.
Weapon Craft
- With the proper equipment, tools and Components someone with the Weaponsmith skill can craft special weapons. Crafting special weapons takes dedication and a considerable length of time. Out-of-character crafting special weapons is done through the Online Character Manager.
