The group discuss who are going to collect up the egs from Nep-Tor's nest. Jux sees a spider crawl from a hole and steals one of the eggs, carrying it up into the hole. It has metal joints, like Nep-tor, but a flesh body.

In the distance, Jux hears the steady, rhythmic pounding as if someone is digging.

Ato sneaks in to put the eggs in Bonk's bag, but the spider emerges from its hole again. Juz slings a stone over. It hits the wall and clatters, waking Nep-tor.

Behind Nep-Tor, something is draped down from into the wall.

The spider sprays web at Ato. Jux comes in and drags Ato out. But, as Nep-Tor comes forward, it reveals a glowing crystal with long vines trailing into the glowing part of the wall.

Gonk tries to move into the cave, to see what is occuring, but Smol attempts to hit Bonk in the back of the head. He goes to bite her in return. She hits him again.

Jux hears a female voice telling him to calm down. She asks Jux to bow, declaring that she has claimed his eggs and instructing him to bow.

Resk tears one of the spiders apart. It looks like broken glass, with a hard body.

A sca-less woman sends an arrow into Jux. It has more legs than a sca-less would normally have, more like a spider.

The spider woman says, "Your tribe treats you badly. You will never leave here. I will send Nep-Tor after you. You can rise to power in this tribe under me, just bring me the eggs."

Meanwhile, Gonk tries to force feed Smol mushrooms, but she gets away. Eventually, Gong manages to apprehend Smol and hog tie her.

The woman casts darkness on the group of lizards and asks Resk to prove himself against the gods. The woman claims to be Sithree.

When the rest of the group fight, she calls for Nep-Tor and begins to retreat, leaving Resk and Jux unconscious in her wake. Healed just a small amount, Resk rises to a knee and agrees to her deal if she will heal his scaled-folk. She calls the group weak, and disappears into the darkness, leaving her bird to attack.

Gong runs for the clutch, but Nep-Tor turns on him. He dives into the eggs and forces the sludge of his mushrooms into his mouth, gaining hit points.

Somehow, Gonk manages to run past Nep-Tor with an arm full of eggs, only surviving by chomping on temperamental mushrooms.

Fighting for survival, Xiuh manages to pierce the dryda with the spear fatally. Nep-tor freezes in position.

In the quiet after the fight, Jux investigates the glowing crystal. There is a slight heat emanating from the stone and glowing ropes.

We take a magical bow, eight poisoned arrows and a highly decorative black-steel longsword.

The glowing vines burn Ato's hand when they try to remove the Genai Stone from the wall. Ato suggests bringing Shresh back.

Stickrick says Nep-Tor is a construct, and he had no choice about being put in a stick.

Xiuh tries to push Nep-Tor over, but it attacks. It powers down when not attacked.

There is a goblin raiding party traversing the valley below. The group decide to rest in the entrance to the cave system.

Bonk gets given the dryda's sword.

The group rests, but Skar-Burak and Bonk are still unconscious throughout the night.
