History
- Little is known about Pillai by the surrounding nations, which only serves to enhance the rumours about their barbaric culture. What everybody knows is that Pillai is the country with the wall.
- During the War of Divinity, the people of Pillai built a huge war all around the border of their land to protect themselves from the threat of both mages and priests. After the war, Pillai remained isolated and people from the outside have been rarely allowed in.
- While many inside the walls are still barbaric, their leadership have tried to make the first steps towards civilizing in recent years. During the great Tempress Trade Summit they came forward to make treaties and be brought in line with the more “advanced” lands.
- It is believed that Pillai is home to wondrous animals and creatures, protected by their strict borders. Particularly, the elephant which they hold as an important part of their culture.
