The Dead Man's Raft was discovered in the Western Docks during Operation Pincer. As the only sizeable sailing ship in the Western Docks at the time, she was taken in order to evacuate prisoners from Myste-Hass. The ship suffered substantial fire damage due to the Ancient Red Dragon during the fighting prior to her claiming.
The Dead Man's Raft was beached and anchored on the shoreline near the estuary to the south of the Tower of Dariss as they escaped with the captives recovered from Myste-Hass. :The ship was later recovered by Crassus Hlaalu and the crew he had assembled.
