In an attempt to find [[Berticus]], a party teleports through the blood pool to [[Anglan]]. Here the heroes discover a series of portals which move them around a complex within [[Anglan]]. Eventually, they find [[Berticus]] whilst being stalked by demons. [[Berticus]] has been tied up and tortured. In an attempt to find Berticus, a party teleports through the blood pool to Anglan. Here the heroes discover a series of portals which move them around a complex within Anglan. Eventually, they find Berticus whilst being stalked by demons. Berticus has been tied up and tortured. He is being guarded by a dark, fiendish creature that provides a tough fight for both Gartok and Harbinger, particularly trying to consume the Paladin of Fate inside its form.
