A scouting mission to the northern region of The Eastern Swamp is launched. Investigation reveals a large number of lizard men hidden in a Domed Nest. A short distance away, the party finds a large lake and, at the centre, a young black dragon. Skamarir is almost eaten up, but his dire-wolf form allows him to run at speed into the forest. Maolmhuire uses a fog spell to protect the party as they escape to safety.
