- Kulan is an unusual man who found Gartok Beartooth at the docks after the city of Myste-Hass was retaken by adventurers. He and another woman, Malu, led Gartok to a warehouse full of goliaths wearing Control Collars which townfolk intended to burn.
- The pair argued heavily and had unusual opinions on the gods. They also lured Gartok to the warehouse by lying to him, telling him that Benadictor required his help.
