- Marcus was a Helvettian soldier, in charge of the legions sent from Helvettia to Myste-Hass. Marcus's adminstrative role in the city grew after Sten's incident with Var Kartark. But, his primary duties were commanding his own men and running the Helvettian Garrison within the city walls and beyond at the Northern Pass.
