- Mehklan is a notable cleric at the Temple of Garr within Myste-Hass. Mehklan is known for is severe nature and appears to be devout to Garr in a way few other priests do.
- During the Sack of Myste-Hass, Mehklan was involved in rescuing mages and priests who had been mutilated and helping them escape the town.
