Roland lived in the 7th house down on the left of Watershed Street in Myste-Hass, a nasty street in the Western Docks. Shit runs from the cobbled streets out towards the sea.

Roland had been cursed to finish every sentence with the phrase -‘I am a Turnip’.

At the point the adventurers meet her, Roland had been talking like this for about a month. He didn't come out of his house much and it was affecting his business. Roland looked pretty clean and well dressed.

He sold unique pendants in his house, beautiful, rustic pendants all hung in frames on the walls. In another area, Roland had a workbench with delicate chains and tools. He got shells from around Myste-Hass, pearl from the Isle of O'talag. His chains were sourced at Perfect Glass.

Roland had to move to Watershed Street recently because of financial issues. His sales had dropped off once the curse took hold.

A few months back, Roland took a journey to recover new materials. He stopped at a hut on his journey out to the swamps to make contact with the lizard folk there. He has spent time learning draconic to trade with the lizards. In the hut, he met a young women. The house was surrounded by tall reeds. He heard her singing, but doesn’t remember much of what happened.

There was a magical aura coming from the man (no discernable type).

In exchange for aid he offered the group a pearl of power.

The adventurers managed to lift Ronald's curse successfully.
