- Mehklan is a notable cleric at the Temple of Garr within Myste-Hass.
- Mehklan is known for is severe nature and appears to be devout to Garr in a way few other priests do. Some other Garr worshipers, such as Berticus, have noted the similarity between Mehklan's beliefs and that of the Cult of Garr.
- During the Sack of Myste-Hass, Mehklan was involved in rescuing mages and priests who had been mutilated and helping them escape the town.

- After retrieving Datura's body from the ordeal with Gamesh in The Pyramid, Mehklan secretly guides Maolmhuire toward a ritual circle. Rasvyn, Maolmhuire and Dramos are transported to another plane and must present themselves to an angelic-like creature, offering a trade of the bone devil in the Soul Jar for Datura. The creature says that Revios is long gone, but you know who my father is. The resurrection is successful.
