Enlisting the help of a young guard called [[Neft]] to row a boat, a group travels out to an abandoned ship. This ship, [[The Rider]], has floated into The [[Southern Docks]]. Most of the crew appear to have been brutally murdered, but on the lower decks undead spawn assault the heroes. Once these creatures were dispatched, the group discovers a large container which holds a powerful vampire. Despite the party’s efforts, the vampire escapes and convinces the young guard [[Neft]] to row him to shore. In an effort to stop the row boat, the party kills [[Neft]], but the boat returns, releasing the vampire into the city.
