The morning holds different interests for all - [[Cao]] heads to [[The Oracle]], [[Sylleth]] continues reading his dark book. [[Til]] speaks with [[Engaro]] about [[Madam J’ao]], [[Father Howell]] goes for a run, a little bird insults [[Jerek]] and [[Nazzak]] heads to the docks to find [[Cici]]. Meeting up, the group head to see [Vorgus]]. Here they find out from the aggressive [[Doru]] that [[Hamaius]] is purchasing the arena. Heading to the former home of [[Klat]], [[Jerek]] attempts to assault the guard and [[Sylleth]] kills one of the men. [[Eheactl|Til]] revivifies the man and [[Cao]] follows the other into the house. He finds a note and a discarded magical lamp. The group head back to the arena in order for [[Hamius]] to meet with [[Cao]], where the man pits the [[Hurricane]] against the animated form of [[Otogi]], [[Hamius]]’s Champion. The fight escalates, with many of the bystanders teleporting away and [[Hamius]] revealing his true force and attacking [[Cao]]. In death, [[Hamius]] turns into a mist which [[Nazzak]] and [[Hurricane]] capture inside a [[Magical Lamp]].
